The Madrid agenda as a best practice
Partnering with Other Cities in Pursuit of Excellence
The “General Protocol for Action between the General Secretariat of Urban Agenda and Housing of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and the Madrid City Council” has been signed. It aims to provide a formal basis for collaboration between the two bodies and take into consideration the Madrid City Action Plan as a pilot project for the Spanish Urban Agenda as a good practice and transferable experience, which can serve as a guide for other municipalities as they design their own action plans.
